Susan H. is dedicated to your emotional wellness in a non-judgmental and supportive way. She is an expert at sizing up your concerns and providing you with an effective plan to change the thought and behavioral patterns that create your anxiety. She employs CBT(Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and specializes in ER/RP(Exposure Response/Ritual Prevention Therapy.) She has been teaching patients since 2007 how to successfully control their anxiety levels, stop worrisome thoughts, and conquer their fears.
